The Starfield thread

Nearly finished the Ryujin side quest line. They have some really annoying stealth sections. The second to last mission which I'm on now has one. No way you're getting it done without a guide or serious patience

Just finished that this weekend..... man it took a lot of redo's but man am I proud of myself that I completed that without killing civilians (OK bar those bastards at the mine, they deserved to die)

The second time you play Ryujin things are a bit less stealthy. The loot from the corpses are worth more than the money you lose for not doing it perfect.

Why crawl around in air vents if the front door is right there? Just saying...

Neutral LUTs - No Color Filters

Also pro tip when building / painting your ship and you want to do it one time or looking for that unconnected module is to double click on any part so that everything is connected; and then move it a little to the left or right. Of course you can now paint it in a single go using the same method. However, things like the docker not being correctly setup will also count as an unconnected module.

Yeah noticed that on Saturday when one of my Taiyo habs did not wanna change color with the rest of the ship. nifty way to find that pesky not all modules are connector error.

I saved Rafael. I knew I was going to, so didn't think twice 'switching over' before throwing the final switch.
What a mission/quest. Not what I expected. Epic game!

Up there with the wtf of the Crucible. Jassis that world!!

Sadly not gonna happen on my ship, Andreja is royally upset with me cause wanna do missions solo. So much so that she told me she is getting off at the next port.....

Then I assigned her as a crew member on the ship so she is kinda stuffed. <Evil Grin>
 
Did Eleos Retreat last night and was surprised by some of the rewards. Got a purple rifle, and yellow space suit and pack. And a white helmet with great stats.

The suit has great stats and it's very light, finally found something to replace the heavy mantis suit. Kept the mantis pack for the attributes.

And finally replaced that ugly mantis helmet with the Eleos one, which is much lighter with better stats (was happy to give up the mantis attributes on the helmet)...

As a hoarder, I need that O2

Replaced everything else loong time ago but sadly can't find a replacement for backpack.

Also need to add that me and my companions look like a proper fleet crew, all kitted with Ryujin Industries gear. (The ones you buy just before the elevator) Naturally, I'm running with Operator kit with camo perk.

Same reason I kept the pack. Need the O2 and carrying capacity...
 
Think the retro Mercury Suit is the best looking in the game.

I only have the last main mission I think. Since its telling me it's gonna be high noon there. Didn' t do quite a bit of stuff, including Vaguard and Mast questlines. Think I am gonna wrap up and move onto ng+. Do other quests there.
Just my ALITA, she will be missed. Wrecks any and everything.

If this game going to be anything like Skyrim I am gonna come back time and time again (So far its on track for such

My plan is to Keep NG+ for every time I return.
 
Same. Gonna get there and take a break. See I already have 180hrs.
Got some others I want to get to. And will have fresh content on ng+ play thru next year.
 
Just realised that the Wanderwell ship is possibly available as I selected the kids stuff trait. Maybe if I was a better kid and actually visited my folks, I might have it by now.
