1) If I'm not mistaken the PSP supports all current Sony Memory Stick's in which case 8gb is the biggest available.
2) Depends whether you're looking to buy one new or not. Personally I would try find an older/used one for a better price.
3) Xvid4PSP will convert a DVD nicely into a format playable on the PSP.
 
1-up to 8gigs/but for custom fw and certain homebrew apps,onlyup to 4 gigs.
2-Second hand(non ta082 mobo's)
3-same as abovepost just ad dvd shrink and psp video 9
 
PSP slim pricing not so slim

I've heard through the grape vine that it's priced more or less the same as the old PSP. About R2k. Not sure, don't take my word for it... but that's what I've heard.
 
Has anyone played DJ Max 2. It's Korean but has an option for English.

Thing is, the cg movies play really laggy so it's almost impossible to watch. I've found out that the vid files in the iso are pmf files. I've searched for a player and came up with lande player. Tried it out using pmf's and it didn't deliver.
Know any other pmf players. psp homebrew or win app.

Also, I have no idea why cg movies in some games play in a jerky motion. Key of Heaven drags while Magna Carta plays smooth.
I've tried upping the iso speed in the recovery menu but still niks. Looks like I'll have to upgrade to m33. Will wait for 3.71 to complete.

3.71 m33 is complete. Lovely!

Also, sony has released an official theme editor/maker. Confirmed working on both 3.71 m33 and sony 3.71.

Technically speaking, there is no english version of DJMax 2. It's a Korean game that has an option for English menus.

And yes, I'm using a fully uncompressed iso. I've done the research and it seems that only some people have this problem and generally it is solved by upgrading to m33. I'll be upgrading this evening and I'll see what happens from there.

I've gone up to 3.71 m33 and while it has some nifty features, some games aren't compatible. Right now DJ Max2 doesn't run at all irrespective of which settings I use in recovery.
I just hope some upgrades are released for this CFW....

update to the 3.71 M33 -2 firmware. and use Sony no umd setting in recovery.
