The swimming thread

Breathing on alternate sides is the way to go. I normally do every three. Sometimes at training we will do staggered breathing. So breathing every 3,5,7,9 and then 11

Summer seems to be at a close here in CT so have joined the gym to keep the fitness going during winter. Will probably sign up for https://myswimpro.com again to keep the training sets interesting.
 
yoh. 10km a day. Wow. Got long way to go. I did 25 laps the other weekend and was moerse tired, hardly 625 meters with many breaks in between. LOL.
625m is still a lot well done. You will enjoy being swim fit.
