If they are not utilising Chemical, Nuclear or Biological agents in their attacks then they are not using WMD.

The Russians are allies of the legitimate Syrian government and have had a presence there for many years - with a naval facility.

What link do the US soldiers have and were they invited by the government?

To my understanding a bomb that can wipe out a building and occupants is a Weapon of Mass Destruction.

But without them ISIS will exterminate the Muslim/Islamic ideology as you know it. I already said that Muslims did absolutely nothing to curb this evil.
