That's just it, they are giving BBC the finger with this as they (I assume) can't have a show with "The news" feature. Same with a celebrity on show doing a hot lap.
 
In other news, the BBC is running a trailer for the next series of Top Gear as "coming soon" with Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid.

I don't see Jeremy Clarkson ever driving a car over a tray of burning petrol, do you? That took some genuine trust in that tech.

Pretty sad that our cars don't come fitted with that kit as standard these days.
 
Chris Goffey has this dry sense of humour which is quite entertaining, however he is from the "old school" of Top Gear. That said he does hold Jeremey in high regard.
