A keyboard warrior? You obviously don't realise that you've met me in person... I find your attitude appalling. I fought for and led to a win for consumers, which you began changing your tune to agree with. That's all that matters.

Did you or did you not tell semaphore he has stockholme syndrome and straight after called him an Openweb defender? And then you told him you can't take him seriously and won't engage with him further. All for saying he's satisfied with his account and not willing to cancel it.

You might not want to hear it, but you've become the exact thing you just so recently applauded Necuno for pointing out. Maybe the Openweb defenders back in the day could give fundamentalist religious people a run for your money, but some of you here have reached a point where you're the opposite side of the same coin. You're religiously anti-OW.

no I told you to stop the damn kark back then also. it became a damn rhetoric with you. we all acknowledged what was going on but you had to bring it up throughout the day. im not senile I know ive met you. the warrior comment is your approach to anything you tackle. you have the same attitude when plasmas are discussed as well. what damn win exactly? you and your mob just got rid of the doctor and his associated clones. did you see OW response yesterday? nothing has changed. its business as usual. its probably better since lots of you have left. I couldn't care less what you think of my attitude. its caused by your constant pitchfork waving.

The rules could have been enforced by IS. But if he didn't relay it yes its a bit dodge. But then again i always read the fine print, so knew of it when i signed up. But its never affected me.

Oh right... Internet Solutions AUP, the stuff that OpenWeb resells and manages.

We acquire our own IPC through Internet Solutions. We then manage the capacity as we see fit. Sharing an account would be pointless as we pay on capacity basis – we create our own shaping policies, contention ratios, etc.

By using this method we benefit from the skills of a world class backbone, yet have the freedom to manage our accounts as we see fit.

A while back we made the decision to not log usage stats for uncapped accounts as far as possible. We feel it goes against the essence of what uncapped stands for. We also have no desire to throttle folks based on their usage.

Hmmmm ... so either Keoma ignores IS's AUP or he is talking **** about his company's policies. If OpenWeb does not log usage stats, by the founder and CEO's own admission, how in feks name can an AUP be implimented or enforced? Thumbsuck magic mouse and rizzla socks?

Well i already posted an image of my usage for the month. So clearly do they do collect stats now don't they? And anyone that bothered to log into the client portal would have seen this, in like, um forever.

I have no sympathy for people who don't read T&C's. You only have yourself to blame, even if it came from a CEO's mouth. You always double check everything.
