I'm not network engineer but if you have to reset your core switches to get someone's Internet connection working then I don't fukn know.

Dealership was wondering why i had a chuckle, they gave me a radio security code for a car we sold... code was 1122. (no, previous owner was not a K Wright)

And if they can't, a simple change of the settings is very simple. Multiply all infraction points by 100, including the number required for a permanent ban. That way the (for example) 5 permanent points you have won't matter when you need 1,000 to be permanently banned.
