Doesn't matter, accounts are shared. It's like the army, everyone pays for an individual's mistake.

They sure did in the past.

In fact their Mickey Mouse portal even used to state the MyBroadband nick.

Seems like an ISP, Light Fitting and Outdoor Media company all operate from the same address...

He looks nervous and guilty. She actually seems to ask questions as if she could have been an Openweb customer that found out that she was being throttled.

He speaks as if he is speaking to an idiot. She uses better terminology than him and speaks as if she is speaking to adults - not idiots. Just listening to him was painful.
