I've been fighting for weeks now with them about a cancellation I effected at the beginning of the year. They have broken their own terms and conditions and are applying the issues at hand on to me. Saying I owe thousands.

Sure, as I did when I cancelled. But now I'm starting to get harassed and they're still trying to debit my account and saying I owe thousands.
It's beside the point. The fact is, I'm not the only one, and it seems there are hundreds or thousands of people that are upset with them and maybe even some having the same issues as I am. It definitely seems like I'm not the first one they're doing this to.

Does anyone have a direct contact line for Openweb? They debited my account fro R495 yesterday - I cancelled my account with them in 2013!
