I've get that cpu to 6ghz, and this p!ss on intel :p

on an 8-core QX 9770 ?

how many applications use 8 cores/threads? honestly, most games just use 4 cores at most (most games and applications use 2 cores), so in that case all out ghz is more important... and it's completely worth spending R200 000 a month on Liquid nitrogen :D

true - but why not just build the pc in a mini bar fridge? or would the water build up?

well, the moisture in the air would mess up the electronics... HOWEVER, i could get a water cooling unit and put that in a fridge(but it in the freezer, and add antifreeze the the cooling liquid). turn the fridge into an awesome processors cooling unit :p.

but I guess it would that quite a bit out build though because that would mean I need to make the space where the water radiator is large enough for a fan to work and blow ice cold air over it. I'd also need to make holes for the power, and the water in/out pipes... also, the radiator needs to be water tight etc...

Well, here's what I would get:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE X58-something something

CPU: Core i7 965

CPU Cooler: Coolermaster V8

RAM: 6GB Corsair 1600MHz DDR3

Graphics Card/s: 3 GTX285's

Hard Drive/s: 160GB Intel SSD

Sound Card: Uh...

Case: Antec 1200

Power Supply: Corsair HX1000W
