Not long ago, AMC’s CEO was interviewed and quoted in Forbes as saying they want The Walking Dead to go on for another decade. If you look carefully, you can see the reason.

Will the audience evolve as the show does?

It seems The Walking Dead frequently loses audience members along the way due to the violence, yet usually gains new ones as new characters are introduced.

As the show focuses on entirely different characters and situations in future seasons, it may attract an all-new audience to replace the ones who’ve grown tired of the formula.

You have to wonder if this was the strategy all along to design the first TV show to literally evolve in every category.

Good way to mess up a once great show.

I like what the new show runner is doing. The story moves quickly and there are aspects that aren't really predictable.

Have to say that Alpha and Beta are being played fantastically. Also interesting to see the communities up against a foe that is not out to kill them/take what they have but rather to a group of people who just want to be left a lone in their territory.

Episode 16 was awesome. BUT, treat episode 15 as the finale. Episode 16 is more of the aftermath, and a struggle through treacherous conditions. All I can say is Winter Is Coming

Very refreshing. It's being setup for season 10. You will enjoy episode 16, because its not like previous finales where the revenge is planned or executed. (Hopefully I didn't spoil it much there)
