The Walking Dead [SPOILERS]

Well this is getting seriously annoying. Major cliff hanger last week after some serious action, and instead of continuing the intensity, it's over to some back story about a guy who's lost his marbles. I watched the first 20 minutes of this episode fuming with anger in the knowledge that we'd have to wait (hopefully) another week to return to the main story. I wanted to switch off and never watch an episode again but of course that's cutting off your nose to spite your face stuff.

I just wonder how the shows producers can get this format so wrong this season. There's a great story going on but we're flip flopping all over the place between episodes and they think it's a good idea? Seriously, wtf?

It's like Lost, where everyone gets a backstory episode...
I can't say I enjoyed this one much.

Cmon yes it was annoying not knowing about the fate of a certain Glen/Glenn but I enjoyed the backstory of Morgan & his fighting stick

Just maybe next week they pick up where they left off.

I ended up enjoying the episode I suppose, but that's twice we've been left with big cliff hangers and twice they've gone off at a tangent.

Enjoyed the episode even though it didn't advance the narrative any. Morgan's a good character and the actor playing him is excellent...his teacher also played his part well.

Was hoping the goat would make it though :( ...the only tension in the episode for me was when Morgan was sitting on his ass in the cell and the goat was making panicky noises.

Agreed with Morgan; Lennie James doing a stellar job to bring across the dudes pain/anguish.

The aikido guy was good as well; dunno his name but you see him many supporting roles in comedy's & such & he brought his A-game. That story he told Morgan about the psychopath kept me riveted.

Shame..I genuinely feel sad for the goat; the goat was kinda a symbol as well.

Never forget guys

RIP: TWD Goat

^^, they're doubling down on it...fair play to them. Glenn will be back.

Out of interest, how many guys here are readers of the graphic novels?

Quickly through it and it looks like a kark episode compared to last weeks cliffhanging intensity.
Producers not knowing how to maintain the tension decided to go with a ghetto version of Grasshopper.
:wtf:

I read up to about episode 105 (loooong after the Alexandria arc finished) but stopped when I sold my iPad :)

Planning a catch up soon.
