Internet is education, and he wants cheap phone lines, and cheaper internet for people in rural areas and townships. Many ppl wants internets... not everyone can afford it tho

Don't let Mbeki hear you utter those words. I regularly get the impression that an educated electorate is the last thing the ruling party desires.
