The Zuma era

You guys are obviously spending way too much time online if you think that JZ is a good/better prez. WTF????
Have you forgotten:
the same man who needed to lend money (A small K@khouse of it) from Shaik because he couldnt manage his own budget?
the same man who took a shower after having sex with someone with AIDS?
the same man who narrowly dodged the bullet wrt the rape case?
the same man who sings "bring me my machine gun" as a celebratory song?
the same man who has not done one ounce to prevent corruption?
the same man who leads a government filled with under qualified MP's
The list goes on and on.......
The man has made many dubious decisions regularly, in his private and public life, how do we expect him to make good ones on our behalf?
Wake up and smell the roses, things are bad, we have just got used to it and your complacency is going to get us nowhere.

Zuma has only been able to hold onto the ANC throne with the support of people like Malema (Youth League) , the SACP and COSATU.

Even if he disagrees with everything they say and stand for, to publicly say or do anything about it would be political suicide. He has to juggle what everyone wants, appease Malema and the SACP etc. and still try to run the country in the "right" way.

Tough job.

One of the good things he has done which hasn't been mentioned is give some of the opposition members seats in parliament or atleast "shadow" jobs in government.

Mandela started this when he first became president (One of the ways to bridge the black vs white divide) but Mbeki stopped completely.
