1) Barking dogs at 06:00 in the morning. Worse still, people who don't stop their damn dogs barking!
2) People sauntering across pedestrian crossings or over stop streets. I've stopped to let you cross, the least you can do is get a hustle on.

Bad drivers. Slow drivers. CA plate drivers. Anyone on the road the same time as me.
Appointment was for 1PM. Ended up being 2PM
Our old GP used to do the same... Always. One day the SO was very ill and they made us wait forever. She just about vomited in their offices a few times. I wish she did. I work in a "similar" industry and find that level of disregard unacceptable.
