Telkom, in their response to a SPAM complaint from a Telkomsa.net email address. I included the full headers with my original, plus some suggestions as to where to find copies of the ECT and CP Acts, and even a link to Telkom's own terms and conditions.
I respond with another mail, giving once again the ECT and CP Acts, and this time quoting Telkoms' T&Cs...
Thanks Telkom. I feel reassured that a spammer is "double checking on his side".

The custome is aware if keeps on sending email their account will be suspended for sending emails on our side we are unable to suspend the customer on our side but the server will.
