Lonely crappers.

Six toilets stalls in a row, nobody there except me. I choose one at the end. Then someone comes in and chooses stall right next to you so you can hear their bowels evacuate in glorious detail.

It's like those lonely car parkers. You park miles from anywhere in a fairly empty parking lot..and someone whooshes in within seconds and parks next to you.

I don't doubt it's different elsewhere in the country, but here you wait till it's properly mahogany red before you accept that traffic has stopped and it's safe to proceed.

Not irritated. Immensely crestfallen. Just heard one of the greatest minds in short term insurance (that I know), resigned today. Needless to say I feel gutted to know he won't be around much longer

All the big accounting firms do this.

Need to pre-clear every share purchase before pulling the trigger...and about 1/3 of all shares globally comes back as "Prohibited". Routinely rains on my share yolo'ing parade...
