Estate Agents that place the crappiest photos of apartments on the internet for places R3m - R4m. A photo of a bare corner....a photo of built in cupboards....a photo of a toilet...OPEN....Really?

I'm impressed. You in the market for apartments of R3-4m? Personally, I get more annoyed with the estate agents that do these wonderful wide angel shots that make a cupboard-sized apartment look like you can play a round of golf in it.

The field across from my flat sometimes houses a few Egyptian geese and guineafowl but lately (last week or so) one goose has been honking non-stop from around 7PM to 11PM, then again from 4AM up until I leave for work. As if it isn't noisy enough, it sets off the next door neighbour's African Grey that also joins in on making an infernal racket every. damn. morning.

If I am particularly lucky the combined noise makes the three mutts across the road howl which also sets off the dogs next door to me.

I feel I may need earplugs before long :(

Some people think that the CCMA is the Complete **** Making Authority, and that they suddenly have the right to be one when they think about going to them.

Estate agents that use their phone for the photos, blurry shots, only taking photos of about 2 rooms etc... Useless lot, at the end of my sole mandate I'm going to try private property myself as paying them anything seems like such a waste really. They've done nothing really.

We've kinda being looking for a new place for ages. I could write a book about the pictures posted online.
At the very least, pack the dirty dishes away before you snap pics of the kitchen.

Irritated at myself for picking a fight with a taxi. Didn't let him cut in front of me, not two seconds later he simply drove on the left of the road past me. All that aggravation for nothing.
 
Listening to Dark Funeral and realising that most other black metal bands now sounds like pop music to me:cry:
