Lot of European countries. Used to pay my rent by cheque in France.

Cheques were encouraged with bill payments as it gave a clear record of giver/receiver with bank stamps and processing on the document of acceptance/rejection. Dinosaur but it had it's place in the day.

Swap the connectors on the motherboard? It should be marked usb 2 / USB 3?

USB 2 and 3 headers are incompatible with each other, so you can't just swap them around.

The rear connectors are on the mobo. The front connectors are via headers. REALLY irritating!

It’s crazy! I got 2 check books and try not to use them. Basically just to pay medical bills since I was a contractor that had schitty health benefits.
