Whereas an English breakfast is most certainly a lamb biryani.
Wouldn't mind that actually. Bit weird for breakfast but still

Nowadays a French breakfast could be a chicken schwarma
Actually surprised how uhm "white" this place is (coastal town). Comparatively many interracial couples though - nobody seems to care either way.

sajunky

Cannot fathom anyone can truly be that deranged & still (sort of) function on a day to day basis.

People who can't keep a speed on highways. Doing flippen 100 and when I try to pass suddenly speed up to 130. Fall behind them again and with the next incline or whatever, they fall back down to 100 again.

Why do smokers flick their smouldering stompies out their car windows? I mean you already smoke in the damned car and it must always reek. Why not stomp it out and keep it in the ash tray. Some even flick the ash out the window while in traffic.

Yeah this used to be me although I'd never intentionally speed up when someone was overtaking. Just well, my car was old and slow. With gravity on my side I'd hit 120, up a hill, alas, into 4th or 3rd.
Sorry to anyone I irritated.

I also hate this - and I'm a smoker.

I have no problem with using the ashtray in a car. Have always done so myself. But these days many smoking drivers won't use, or let anyone else use, the ashtrays plainly put in the cars for that purpose.

In my opinion, they're insane, as they'd rather endanger other road users and run the risk of causing roadside fires than just clean up after their damned selves.

You have not seen the typical indian in DBN - mutton curry for breakfast - Previous nights braai left overs become a "mutton chutney" dish for the next morning breakfast.

How is flicking your stompie at the window going to endanger other road user? Furthermore how does the ash affect anyone?

Yes I smoke, yes it stinks but an ashtray with stompies in smells much worse.

Does that mean you have the right to then litter the place? Because that's illegal, just FYI. It's a **** habit that needs to be stopped.

I do agree it is littering, but in my opinion it does as much harm as farting in a lift. Bottles cans and those people who toss out Macdonalds bags that's a different story.

I take it you've never ridden a motorbike with an open-face helmet? Or been a pedestrian hit by a flying stompie?

And how hard is it to clean the damned ashtray when you get home?

Hate people like that, I am a consultant and I spend a lot of time travelling. I keep a plastic bag in my car in which I collect my dirt for the day and when I get home in the afternoon I chuck that into the bin. We all have to be a little more responsible for our actions and adding to the filth on the roads, and yes I know some people are going to say but everyone else is doing it so how does it make a difference, it does make a difference.
