And the PS4 controller breaking also (or rather being broken, won’t explain how).

I wake up early on Saturday the 26th of May with multiple SMSs saying I logged on from the mobile banking app throughout the night. I take screen shots of all the SMSs, log on to internet banking and change my PIN and at the same time I email them the screenshots asking to kindly provide me with the IP address and device from which these originated. Mostly likely it was my slow ass Nokia 5 having a field day trying to tombstone/restore the banking app, or knowing ABSA, their servers are acting up.

For a week I hear nothing and then a reply telling me I need to call some or other number or go to a branch. I reply saying NO - I do not want to call anyone, I do not want to go to a branch - neither of those will help - just look at the attached screen shots, or send them to someone that can look at them, and provide me with the info I need.

For another week I hear nothing until now. Same story. FFS, I am the customer, don't f....k me around.
 
Switch to a different bank? I wouldn't trust Blapsa at all. probably not easy to do with debit orders and home loans and stuff like that, but perhaps you can find a less useless bank to suit your needs

How do people still use ABSA without a gun being held to their heads?
 
Emotional woman in business - they cant think rationally when under pressure - estrogen and emotions all over the show.

Looks like someone lost my laptop.

Courier reckons they delivered it. Concierge can't find it.

sigh. Guess I'll give it a couple days to see if it turns up

New one already delivered though.
