SO (or ex-SO who’s a leech and refuses to move out of my place) not giving my dog its drugs while I was in hospital, said dog having a multiple fit at 5am, vet costing R3000, her denying any responsibility whatsoever, it’s my fault.
 
Well, first she didn’t have money to move out. Gave her money to get out, now she’s pulling all the tricks in the book like the landlords don’t call back (not one of them apparently).

Don’t want to evict her as it would be illegal and she is very aware of it. I might actually cancel the lease and move out leaving no furniture at all.

It became constant blackmail, if I shout she screams to death and threatens to call the cops (actually wish she did, that would sort things) and thinking that because I’m foreigner I have no right to enter a lease and therefore she is the tenant (while she has no lease with the landlord).

Got the call from Felix claiming to be from Google from number 010 100 3299, When i asked him who the CEO of google was he promptly put the phone down.

I feel your pain, i am in exactly the same boat with a leech that refuses to leave.....
