My missus went to parents & teachers evening. One parent was told that the kid doesn't do homework and I'd failing English and Maths. Missus says the parent was completely blasé and fine with it. Maybe it's not just the kids?

When I grew broccoli I battled aphids for months. When the crop was harvested, it was more protein than vegetable but no aphid was going to get the better of me.
 
Looking into my bottle of xanax and finding it empty... pisses me off to no end.

Nope. No ladybugs to eat them either. I've sprayed them with a garlic and chilli solution yesterday, then washed the plant off today and gave the soil a good drenching. Sprayed the last of them from the inside of the flowers with a needle & syring & water. Gonna look into some companion planting next season to see what other plants can help the situation.
