I do have a 10 year old pair of Olympic MTB shoes. It had SPD cleats on for most of it's life but since changing to flat pedals some years ago I removed it and now occasionally use them. They have velcro straps that you can tighten or loosen should you want to.

Not usually my ex-husband... But this week, my ex-husband...

Left phone on roof of car.
Drive 6km to destination.
Oh crap!
Phone was lying about 300m from destination at a stop street unseen by guy asking for money.

No idea how it made it all that way without falling off...trip included a steep climb (Irene Ave. in SWest). Happy to get my phone back after the panic.

Got my mikrotik working again after a long absence.

Initial panic was when I realized I have forgotten the password, but eventually guessed it right.

Wiped the config, and started with a new config, including better firewall rules, as well as blocking ch/ru IP blocks.

Never transferred MIBFA funds from a previous work when I moved to discovery about 3 years ago, just found out its luckily still there, going to withdraw it immediately, apparently its in a archive fund.

Used the air fryer to do sirloin steaks last night, wow actually turned out great and were done relatively quickly as well.

Yeah my wife got one last year, those things are great for almost anything. If you are not in the mood for a braai it will make some pretty decent steak too.
