Im open to any ideas, shouldn't be expensive or require to much driving. For instance if gone to the botanical gardens and ice skating, driven to houtbaai for some sight seeing. The obvious movies. Something physical would be nice to get the adrenaline going.

Hike up/down Table Mountain. Price: free. If adventurous, abseil down (not free).
If not quite as adventurous, replace mountain with Lion's head. Sorted :)

Pretty sure I dont meet the age or sex requirements for pedo bear.

As for walking up table mountain I want to do that but probably not the smartest thing to do alone. Absailing sound fun though

Hiking up and down, the best way to experience Table Mountain for the first time...do not worry, the path is always busy...The earlier the better..

go up Lions head, awesome views for a 45min hike. But be warned, dress warmly as it will be freezing cold high up!

Where are you from Little-Mermaid?
Shop at Waterfront or Canal Walk
Do you like drinking wine? try wine farms out of CT
Beach: try clifton (but it's still sort of winter here)
Nightlife: Town would be Long Street,Greenpoint, else Edward Street or Claremont
Scenic: Table Mountain, Lions Head, Chapmans Peak, Cape Town.
Sports: Rugby at Newlands.
Food: Plenty of places
