Just subscribe to the thread in your control panel. You can always find it then.
 
I am very new to this-how does one register at www.newshost.za.net ? I went to the site but it appears it only accepts existing registered members.

This is my first month with ADSL so am still feeling my way around

You have to be invited. They are restricting sign-ups because of the heavy load on the News Servers (IS and SAIX). Invites are scarce and even on this board we only give them to those we know pretty well. The best you can do is get your NZB's from an international site like...

A lot of the NZB's on Newshost come from there anyway, so there is a pretty good chance it will be cached if it is a popular file.

Dude, it's been posted a million times in this thread how busy it is towards the month end. Not much you can do about it. Wait until after midnight tonight! ;) Then you should get a connection!
