Have had Sprintnet on my mind lately but now after reading this I'm confused. What has been your experience with them that you are fed up what did they do?

If they had a support department it would be nice. Normally problems are fixed quickly often without even reporting. Currently they must be in groot **** as every email results in a new support ticket number and no response... or action...... But currently they are my only option other than vodacom edge when vodacom says LTE is the best and available!

there Contention I HATE IT including the Wireless interruptions on the frequency makes it slower.
