Is there any way to get the "normal/non android TV" version of Showmax to run on either the LIT or MI box?
The "normal/non android TV" has more refinement/search options, ie Kyknet or series language drill down menu items, which is missing from google tv version.
On my phone I can toggle android TV version on/off(from within the app), but not on android tv box - the same toggle switch option is missing.
I sideloaded the "normal" app that is in the normal play store, but it still came up in google tv mode.
Any advice?
