So, how does the speed actually work. Does IS/SAIX control the speed at their side, with regards to the IP address or what? Coz I want to know if I can increase the number of concurrent threads from 3 to 5 or so...

Not sure how/if they limit the speed per connection but they control concurrent threads by IP.

Ya. the reason I'm asking is that, say you downloading two things (one cached and one unchached), how will the speed work.

You`ll find that predicting speed isn`t an exact science, when it comes to IS, if somebody else has downloaded what you`re busy downloading, before you started downloading, then its cached and it`ll go fast for u. The first guy in SA who downloads it gets the slowest speed. if something is cached on the server it`ll stay thern until it gets overwritten or old. It`s helpfull if u know what`s been downloaded.

Thing is, that not everyone using IS, uses newshost.
And some of the freemasons are trying to keep it a secret.

U didn`t hear about newshost from me.
