Understood. You could almost throw in a huge single image with some image hotspots (do people still use those?!) to navigate, and it will look pretty... would be a 20MB web page, but the client wouldn't see past he prettyness.

In response to your original quote there are also circumstances when doing the same thing is not exactly the same thing.

Wow. Actually don't quite know what to say. Whoever made the image was quite talented to get it in at 220KB... but they didn't even have the decency to make a hotspot for the email address, how rude.
