Throttle Internet

Hey there, I would like to know if it is possible to restrict the internet usage during the daytime, I have only a certain amount of bandwidth and whenever I'm not home during the day the internet gets abused, but I do have unlimited bandwidth after 00:00. So I would like to restrict the internet speed to perhaps 364Kbps during the day and full speed at night. Thank You

There is no way to throttle the speed ( if that is what you want to do ) Depending on the users you might want to block certain sites that use the most banwidth ( YouTube ) for example or whatever the other users seem to be using.
