I helped a client this morning with a connection problem. Managed to connect with a different modem but then I noticed that there is no stats whatsoever on the tracker. You can see that they are connected, but all the stats remain on zero. All the previous months are also empty, and they have had this account for a long time already. Furthermore, I also logged on to the account, but it does not show my connection. I verified by logging both of us onto my account, and the tracker shows two connections. Of course, the term "gold mine" comes to mind, if only I weren't so dead honest
Did anyone else ever notice that their stats aren't showing on the tracker? BTW, SASA stats analyzer does not show anything either, no logon sessions, nothing
