Timed Bandwidth Limiter

Hi all

I'm looking for some freeware bandwidth limiter software, but can't find anything which suits my needs. Basically, I am downloading games from GOG.com using my work connection. My boss said I am allowed to download from 8PM to 6AM. This is working fine at the moment, as I remote onto my work machine at 8PM and start the downloads using the GOG.com download tool. The problem is I then have to wake up at 6AM to pause my downloads.

So I'm looking for a tool that will allow me to set up a network traffic restriction of say 1kb/s from 6AM, until I come into the office at 8AM. Does anyone know of a tool to do this for me?

I could write one myself, but I'd rather use a third party app if one is available

This app can do it, but you don't specify a "from time" and "to time" , you specify "hours" before your PC connection will be blocked .

They call it "online budgets" and it can either be a TIME based or USAGE based. [i.e. stop your connections when you hit 10GB ] . The app is actually a shaper, but it got very good usage/graphs functionality [per application/protocol etc]
