Congrats

No your first year should be ok.
It's the next year when interest rates start their upward trend that you'll kuk off.
They recon its coming down in December
I'm already kukking - ABSA have yet again screwed me with their lacking service. It was agreed that the bond costs would be charged to the bond account, they debited my cheque account.
They also advised me to use their bond attorneys as it would be cheaper, and I'd get a 50% discount - with the 50% discount, it ended up more expensive than the attorneys I wanted to us.
Then - they told me the first debit order would be at the end of November - it s going off today because the transfer came through a day early, I realize this will save me a fortune in interest, but with the bond costs, I'm probably going to live off two-minute noodles for the month, if I can afford it.
In total, my cheque account was debited with R33,000. I had just been paid, logged on to pay my accounts - and saw I had no money in my account
ABSA Private Banking sucks again - I told them I get better service from FNB - and this was the last straw - I'll give it a year, and then move back to FNB where I can probably negotiate a better interest rate anyway.
