Does it mean I mustn't use the cheque card (I don't)? Does it include payments or debit orders?

I can put money on it : spend on your CC, and take cash from pick and pay or checkers

I'm on 24,000 since Jan and I'm hooked, so no ways I want to lose out of RL5. Site is currently offline so I can't do the calc now, but it seemed to be less than 18,000! Therefore the need for some adjustments ...

Just walk in at pick and pay or checkers, and ask to withdraw money ... as easy as that
