The way I interpret the below is that you need to do at least one Cash@Till in a month to get the full 1500 points on Platinum.

"Have more card swipes and/or Cash@Till™ withdrawals than ATM/branch withdrawals"

The eB are allocated but not the monthly rules update, if that makes sense.

Personally eB are the best rewards program in my eyes ! I am all smiles. Still on level 5

Yeah its a shlep. Had to go and do it for every account. Then called personal banker to check for me that it was enabled

Same here. I earned at a rewards level 5 level but it still shows me as level 4 from last month.

Made a stupid mistake and paid my Telkom account late so not reflecting as online spend. Dropped to level 4 and lost out on about eb8 000.

Ebucks are in but earn rules not reflecting level 4 yet.

11000 Ebucks is in and definitely awarded according to RL5. Status still shows as RL4 though.

Only my 2nd month really making an effort to go up levels and I hit RL5.

Usually RL1.

This. My wife just got a new linked credit card as the previous one wasn't being read by card machines anymore.

I also have cover some of my business travel expenses with my personal account then claim back from the company.

first R10,000 @ 6% = 6,000EB
that leaves 90787EB to earn at 1% thus spend was R907 870 + R10,000......... R917k online spend :/ did he buy a house??
