For 2 months in a row now I starting getting:

"Log in to WesBank Online at least once a month* 1000"

My vehicle finance is via Honda Finance, so it did not initially qualify for the Wesbank perks. Still don't get the other 1000 points for having vehicle financing with Wesbank/Honda Finance.

Well this is the eBucks store. They reserve the right to remove things without notice. Granted it's not cool when it happens due to system glitches or mistakes.

Oh, you mean like a request from "Makro, please remove for this weekend XYZ" because then it forces people to spend "real" money in store instead of gift vouchers? It is a pain, I was planning on getting a virtual voucher today or tomorrow :/

I'm annoyed by this as well. However, the physical voucher is still there which makes me think this is a glitch.

I managed to grab a virtual voucher yesterday, but need another one to complete my purchase.

The reason the thought ocurred to me at all was: Why does it happen on the days when eBucks are being allocated? The default thing to do (for anyone who wants to get the most out of eBucks) is to buy a makro voucher at x% discount. But if it's not listed, perhaps one might be enticed to browse the eBucks shop, and spend eBucks there.

edit: Found it, so no issue my side on platinum getting the 500 points:
"Have up-to-date Home Owners Comprehensive Insurance Cover on your active FNB Home Loan, One Account or Single Facility**"

However I have two home loans so not sure if the older one is up to date according to their records.

Calculator says I should be fine. I've been on Level 5 for years barring May.

I called them and she advises I phone back after the 12th of the month because not everything has been allocated as yet. However I'm guessing the points are not going to change and he's talking about swipes etc. I'm still going to argue though - let me just wait till the 12th.

Sinbad - if all or nothing, there is no way that I'd get the 1500 of the 3000, surely?
So the fact I got 1500 means she could be right and I'm awaiting another 1500 points?
