If you are new to FNB and are on fee saver, think it was R50k or R75K as a minimum balance. If you are already on it, R15K

Any idea if the eBucks calculations are completed yet? I'm only showing a 4000 eBucks earn, but it's closer to 9000 eBucks if I check each of the sub categories e.g. fuel / checkers etc.

I traded shares in February (Share Investor), but the cash transaction (availability of funds) came through in March. So it does not pick up on ebucks. Stuck on reward level 4...17000 points.

Mmmm, are you sure the share investor count as an investment account (to get eB points).
I have one, and they forced me to open a flexi fixed account (to get that eb points)

I changed my contact details last month and still didn't get the 1000 points for this below. I wonder what do I need to do now? or does it only apply for March onwards?
Have you registered for inContact, signed up for marketing news from FNB/RMB Private Bank, updated your contact details and chosen to receive your statements electronically only?

Did you maybe add any new accounts (like an investment account). Every single account must be verified with your contact details. Its not a global thing for your accounts, but per account
If you have a personal banker, ask him/her to find out what why you are not verified for incontact

You can definitely do every account.
1) click my bank accounts
2) click on any account, eg on "Cheque Account" in my case
3) click settings there, if not already at settings
4) click on "Change" next to inContact on the left side about under heading "Notifications".
Tada your at the inContact settings specific to the account.
Repeat for every account you have.

I was in the same boat. I added a normal share saver account, and then a tax free one.
After not getting points, I emailed my banker to investigate.
She showed me a screenshot where I must verify it on every single account via online banking and I did.
It is nothing to do with personal info. Let me quickly try and find it. It was a mission to find, do know that
