Okay, seems they've added more accounts now as I am able to view my Jan point totals.

Again, shortchanged due to a farking error, this is getting bloody old! 17500 points due to them awarding 1000 of 4000 points for the cash withdrawal category, when I have not drawn a single cent, not at an ATM, and not at a Till, or anywhere else, in literally years! Please tell me I am not the only person who has been struggling with these fools since October? :mad:

EDIT: 8607 eBucks earned, being shortchanged by 7499 eBucks. Probably a few grand worth if I went to tally up the 4 or 5 previous months...

MrG above also mentioned 4,000 points but I got my 1,500 out of a maximum of 1,500 on platinum. Why are yours 4,000?!

Perhaps they changed it to a maximum of 1,000 but didn't update the rules on that page MrG quoted? I'd think platinum gets a better deal, the 1,500 max vs 1,000 would make sense then.
 
When calculating your Checkers & Shoprite spend. What is the calendar period? Mine is not adding up correctly?

Platinum has higher earn rates and other ways to gain points which gold does not.

are you using from the 1st to the last day of the month? Tbh, have never manually checked my Checkers spend vs rewards. Will do so when I have time.

That calculator rocks!

It does however hint at hte fact that my R5001 auto transfer to a MyNotice account is not being picked up.. yet other changes that I've done this month have been picked up.

So I guess I will be emailing my banker tomorrow... that would be the difference between a 9k ebuck month vs a 16324 ebuck month!

Thanks I just checked and FNB have fsckd me! I've got 15500 pts which puts me on lvl 3. The reason I didn't get lvl 5 is they denied me the spend 10%-90% of your credit facility (3000pts). They did this by upping my credit limit (have it set to auto increase). That seems like a dodgy move by the bank, can I decrease it via the online portal and lock it to a certain amount?

Not sure about locking, but one can adjust the balance in your banking profile yes.

I'm also feeling like FNB is actively playing with my point allocations, the first 2 months from Oct had different issues, each time ending with me just below RL5. After those issues were fixed, my allocation for cash withdrawals suddenly dropped to the lowest level and have stayed that way over two months even though I have called them multiple times last month, each time saying it will only be fixed by the next month.
 
Finally I have been allocated the correct points and I'm on level 5 : 26620 eBucks earned for the month

Same **** is happening to me, also got 1000 instead of 4000. It's like they ware trying to screw us over and not getting the maximum level.
I have been banking with them for over 20 years but the last 3 months has changed my view on them 180 degrees!!!

Have let my banker know that I have a problem!...
7000ebucks is worth making a fuss about!
