Probably tomorrow. That screenshot shows RL5 but when logging in it still shows me as only having RL4. So guessing it started trickling in today and should wrap up tomorrow/thursday

When are eBucks out this month?

When logged on internet banking I can see my reward level and from the drop down menu can see all eBucks and qualifying amount.I got a problem since I upgraded my account during mid month they have only taken the after upgrade spent for everything which reduces my earning now.So what happens to my before upgrade spent wont it be considered at all at least according to the reward level and earn rate of that specific account.I am very disappointed now as I envisaged this problem but went forward after my private banker assured that it wont be affected.
Have anyone had similar problems after account upgrade.

@citizensa

Had an even worse problem than yours when I did my upgrade. Had my cheque account on platinum and the credit card on private wealth. Tried to realign them and got my cheque account on PW and the credit card on PC. Eventually got it both on PC. Issue was on their side. Dropped from level 5 to level 1 during this entire dispute but managed to get all my ebucks recalculated and received a substantial adjustment after 3 months of back and forth. In the end I had to provide them with my own calculations in excel for them to admit their mistake.

Would have probably given up if I didn't have my private banker on my side. Received about eB35 000 adjustment.

I dropped to level 4 and earned around 4500 ebucks last month thanks to a merchant who was slow. This is from earning around 30000 ebucks a month. My genius private bankers answer was, not my problem, go speak to the merchant.
I am beginning to think eBucks is a load of crock, as FNB finds any way to not pay ebucks. I give up.

I think it depends on the premier/private banker you get saddled with. @craig1606, your banker sounds useless.

Agreed. He was good for a while and then the wheels fell off.
I just solve my own issues now. Takes less time and frustration.

My eBucks have been allocated but for some or other reason no allocation for checkers? Anybody else?

My will got sent in too late, so I am still at reward level 4, not 5. Oh well. At least my will is with FNB now, so from now onwards, all of my spend will earn rewards at level 5 - including the international flight I'm about to book.

Also no checkers eBucks for me yet.

No if you book flight now it will be at reward level 4 only and discounts if any will also for the same level

Some ebucks in, but more than just checkers not in yet.
Following still missing:
- checkers
- fuel
- shopping credit card (swiping)

Following is in:
- shopping online credit card
- airtime
- online cheque (still have vox going off on the wrong card /sigh)

Only online credit card and cheque card shopping are in.
Bar graph says I'm on level 5 but everywhere else shows I'm on level 4. Hopefully it'll be updated by end of today. Need some discounted checkers vouchers.....

eBucks are calculated in arrears. In May, when they calculate my rewards from April, they will use my eBucks reward level for April, not March (which makes sense if you think about it. April reward level for April rewards). My reward level will have already changed for April, it just isn't visible yet.
