Only PW get points for smart devices after the rule change.

You're right! /fires off yet another email ...

If I add my points it comes to 22,000 but the total points shows 23,000, maybe it's "hidden"?

Yeah.. for devices taken out after the rule changes... but ones taken out before the change were promised to still get them.

I haven't got my eBucks, but it looks like I just scraped into level 5 with 18000 points.

EDIT: They made a mistake with my Wesbank stuff though. I should get another 2000 points for that, not that it matters but I want a safety net.

Summing up manually, I might get R720 worth of eBucks this month.

Have the same with my Wesbank as well. Also scraped through with 18000
On Wesbank site it shows:

But didn't get 1000 points for first item

I should have got 1000 points for each item. I specifically got them to change my password so that I could login last month. Plus I asked them if I was setup to receive marketing material, they said yes.

Dropped level 4 with 16 500 points. No allocation for Wesbank account which should have pushed me to 18 500 points.

Email sent to private banker.

As I understand it only PW clients will get point for devices taken out prior to 1 July ( no points if taken out after 1 July)
Interested if you come right, but I suspect the above is correct based on my interactions.

Ok ... mine are updated (but no eB allocated yet).

I got 19 000 points, so I remain on level 5.

Mmmm, as stated above, this is excluded from my points:

Be registered for inContact, allow us to communicate with you (i.e. update your marketing consent to 'Yes'), receive your statements via email and keep your contact information up to date in the last 12 months

You can see actually how much eB you will get by clicking on fuel, shoprite and checkers etc (and just adding that up)

The same on my side ! :) and I am with FNB since 1986 (think that is a bug on their side)

i am a relative newbie with fnb. but my banker told me to update my email address to be wrong and then fix it in order to get the 1000pts. For me - i can't remember when last i updated my in contact settings... so i will do this every few mths...

And she was quite explicit that its a bug in the system - and you have to fiddle it to make sure you keep the 1000pts...

Thanks, I will try that !

Ok ... updated my info firstly wrong, and then correctly (so I hope that did the trick)
