I just got one from ebucks for R150 and from FNB for R100. I'm on PC btw.

Anyone know if I can use them together? Sorry if it's been asked, this thread is huge.

I phoned them and they acknowledged that I should never have been downgraded from level 5 to level 4. I'm probably about 3,000 ebucks out now.

Anyone else ever have an issue?
Are they going to try say sorry and it won't happen in future - or actually give me the ebucks?

I'm sure they can, and will. But still doesn't get us any closer to the criteria for receiving vouchers.

I got both. Don't do anything special from side.

FNB sends me a mail saying I qualify for "FNB Premier" at R199/month saving R46/month.

Is FNB Premier just another name for FNB platinum and they just blasted this mail out randomly?
