When I ask for cashback, I get a "F0AD, thanks for making my already schitty job even schittier" look from them, followed by them shoving the receipt in front of me saying "sign".
There are a couple of OK cashiers, but in general it's absolutely pathetic...

In my area (Moreleta Park), we have 4 Checkers' and they are all schit so I'm not generalizing from 1 shop.

The ones in Kempton Park is also pathetic. Won't buy meat at Checkers. Vrot. My daughter almost vomited the other day, turned white and had to be taken out the store. It's disgusting.

Please do note down your grievances and send them to the Shoprite Checkers HQ. No use in only complaining without telling the damn companies to pull up their socks.
However I do agree. Have a fantastic PnP close to me and the Checkers don't measure up against it. Always tell the store management my issues.
I just woke up to a R399 FNB connect charge sms. Strange since I'm on lvl 5 currently and the new month hasn't even started for me to drop. Even if I did drop a lvl or 2 surely I shouldn't be charged the full amount??

I don't think you get 40% off, I think it's 40% back in eBucks i.e. you still pay R399 but should get 1596 eBucks...
The last few months, I paid nothing. Also got nothing back in eBucks

If this is FNB uncapped ADSL we are talking about then you pay zero rands at level five (up to a 4mbps account) .

Actually its up to 6Mbps 100% free now for a while. Personally am on 6Mbps account and pay R0 per month.
Are you on Gold or Premier, Nimz? Gold lost the ADSL benefit a long time ago and they might have only actioned the change now.
I'm on Gold. I called FNB connect now and they have advised that a few clients have been calling in this morning about the same issue. They are in touch with the eBucks team and will revert back to me with an update
