I recently (December 2015) upgraded my FNB accounts from Gold to Premier (Cheque and Credit Card).
I meet all the qualifying criteria, however my two premier accounts are listed as “Not Qualified” on the eBucks website (see attached screen shot).

Any idea why this is?

I had this as well when I upgraded. It fixed itself in a month after the upgrade.

I did. As per the rules change of 1 July 2015:
"No longer earn eBucks on prepaid electricity or get a discount on your monthly Uncapped ADSL Data subscription, but instead enjoy new ways to earn eBucks."
They just seem to have taken a while to actually implement the change.

Based on this change I cancelled my FNBconnect at the end of June. Then I noticed on MyBB threads that Gold accounts are not charged like they said they will do with the new rules. In September I checked the FNB connect website and yes even on there it showed that my total payable if I should rejoin will be R0 based on my RL5. So I rejoined with 6MB uncapped. Last month they hit me with a charge of R399 out of the blue. I took it up with their complaints department and still have not had any feedback.

I use Easypay to pay rates/power etc (R5,000+) - but I do it from my Discovery card.

Will it make any difference doing it on my FNB credit?
Obviously not a swipe - but registers as online shopping?

Yes, it's an online transaction so you get ebucks from it.
Probably also helps with other merchants where you come close to the percentage caps?
