Yes indeed. Signed up the 3rd of Jan and need my salary to be deposited to have the qualifying deposit requirement met.

I jest, in part. You might be OK, it's anyone's guess... also not being signed up for a full month there may be other points you lose out on.

Anyone used yuppiechef before? They have 40% off in the eB store so want to get my virtual voucher and then order online.
Thing is I have a 15% discount voucher too. Can I stack them ?

No, they don't allow stacking of vouchers.

Surely one is a gift card you buy and the other is a discount voucher (or code), therefore no stacking is occurring?

With Yuppiechef, it isn't a gift card, it is a voucher code to the value you selected, which is why it cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher
 
A quick question about FNB connect contract ... Is it worth a switch/move ?

I saw the 40% back in ebucks on air time which is really great.

Any of you guys moved over ? Happy or not happy ?

Have used them a few times before. To me their service is impeccable! Best I have ever had!

I've moved my wife to a FNB Connect Flexi contract (one annoying thing about this contract is that I can't purchase more airtime in the middle of the month. I can only update the voice amount for the next month. You can buy additional data/SMS in the middle of the month though.). She hasn't complained about any connectivity issues, and I love the high eBucks earn rate.

I intend to move myself as soon as my current contract expires in June.

Probably a good bet for you to first test connectivity on a prepaid SIM though.
 
So when would they start publishing the new rules for 2016? Since they take effect middle of the year how much warning does one get as to the changes?
 
Those of you who could convince Makro to order an online exclusive item from instore - what department did you speak to? I spent a long time at the Silverlakes branch yesterday, first at the audio/visual department (looking for Bluetooth speakers), and then at the online deliveries department trying to do exactly that. The online deliveries department couldn't help me. They phoned several people in the store, but couldn't seem to do anything.

I just spoke to one of the salespeople who called their manager and they took the order manually that way.

Will try again later this week, thanks. Most of the managers seemed to be off duty yesterday, so that might make a difference.
