Quick question regarding points for the R2000 overdraft. I got the overdraft already, I assume your balance must be - R200 to qualify for the points? And by what date?
Nah, I agree with eskimo and it definitely is "gaming" the system as Sinbad says. Else what is the point of different reward levels? Just give everyone RL5 then?I have to believe that the eBucks transfer feature wasn't an accident ... it was a design choice. So it's not like anyone would be breaking "the spirit of eBucks" by using someone on RL5 to buy them vouchers.

99% of us will not be affected.
I'm not sure there are many people earning more than eB 36,000 a month on a regular basis (which would be what is required to buy R6,000 vouchers in a month). The most I've ever managed in an exceptional month has been eB 36,250, Averaging at around 24,000 on PW RL5.
As others have indicated, if you are earning somewhere close to the 36k ebucks in a month, it just means you buy vouchers when you earn them instead of buying one big lot of vouchers once off just before a purchase. To me it makes no real difference. I'll just buy (and keep) vouchers immediately after I earn the ebucks.
Sounds right. I email them to myself. There is a delivery charge for a virtual voucher. About 25 ebucks I think.
I always buy them. Then when I get them I copy them to a cloud account somewhere in case I lose my phone.
Thanks for the link but you have interpreted the rule incorrectly. At RL5 you can buy a max of R6000 vouchers for the month and the discount portion of that is R2400 (40% of R6000).Not sure it if was posted already.

Basically limited to R2400 on RL5 for discounts.
No more R5000 Makro vouchers.
Ninja edit: Unless they mean max you can get OFF is R2400 in which case the R5000 Makro vouchers will still work, but only one per month.

Just for interest sake:

I saw this when I read about the threshold on discounts.
Can they do this? I mean If I buy something from them, I am the owner of that product. So I can do whatever I please with the product.
Well that's atleast what I think lol.
So can anyone with any legal/law knowledge share their thoughts with us?
And I don't want to resell anything I was just wondering about this.
What are you talking about?
I think you've misunderstood something completely.
PROHIBITION AGAINST RESELLING DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
- You may not resell or offer to resell any product which You have purchased on discount from Us.
- Your conduct will irrefutably be deemed misconduct, a breach of these Terms and Conditions and an abuse of the eBucks Rewards Programme If You offer to sell or have resold any such discounted products and We reserve Our right to take appropriate action against You as explained elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.
Would have been easier to follow if he had quoted the part of the page to which he was referring:
Depends, what is the action that they refer to, hidden deep within their T&C's?...

most probably means you may not swop your voucher for cash . but i see no problem selling the apliaince you bought with the voucherDepends, what is the action that they refer to, hidden deep within their T&C's?
