Greetings
I recently upgraded to a ASUS Zenbook and now my TomTom Go5000 unit connects to MyDrive Connect but disconnects after a few seconds. Could this be a USB power setting or perhaps the Sophos Endpoint that our IT administrator loaded?
The unit updates perfectly on my older HP laptop.
