Too much coffee?

Two to three cups a day. Proper coffee, made with an expresso maker. Read somewhere that strong coffee does not necessarily mean more caffiene, as the amount of caffiene is proportional to the time the coffee beans were in contact with the water (googled some coffee website). So, plunger coffee = long contact = lots of caffiene. Expresso maker = short contact = less caffiene but NICE coffee.

Does your pee smell like coffe if you drink too much of it?
That doesn't mean mine does...:o

I do not drink coffee at all... nor tea! Much to the disgust of people when they offer it to me and I ask for water instead... weird as I am the healthy one :)

Physically maybe. Mentally?

jacobs coffee at home, nescafe at work, seattle coffee when buy at the mall and wild bean when i'm on the road

about 3-4 cups a day, except over w'ends when it drops 1-2

I used to drink about 10 cups a day between 1998 and 2000, but I was impossible to deal with - so I am told.

Up to very recently, I drank about 5 cups a day, but now it has drastically reduced to 1 or 2 a day, absolute maximum 3.

hahaha...did the caffiene make you hyper?

i drink 2 cups before bed, and i still sleep like a baby - but then it has to be with very little sugar though

About 6-8 cups a day, but only freshly ground beans and an espresso machine. Also black and no sugar. We might need to include the size of the cups though, some of my colleagues' cups must hold 400ml+
