Two to three cups a day. Proper coffee, made with an expresso maker. Read somewhere that strong coffee does not necessarily mean more caffiene, as the amount of caffiene is proportional to the time the coffee beans were in contact with the water (googled some coffee website). So, plunger coffee = long contact = lots of caffiene. Expresso maker = short contact = less caffiene but NICE coffee.
