The ISPA definition of spam is essentially that it unsolicited and bulk. That does not mean that some of the people who receive it do not believe that it is legitimate marketing email - there are some people who get quite annoyed when you filter out their viagra advertisingI receive emails from database developments and illuder. hmmmph.I agree with JACOETZEE. Shady list...Illuder sponsors the Ananzi emails, their ad is at the bottom of all my emails. I see their advert boards on the street poles too!
I receive their promos weekly after I subscribed to their competition 2 months ago. Good prices. I bought my gate motor from them just last week. Collected it from their office in Boksburg. Professional setup. I dont see them as spammers. I'l forward this news article to them, I dont think they'll be too impressed.
